Water bottling plant automatic accomplish whole process from blowing bottle,water purify,washing, negative pressure, filling, settle cap, buckle cap till screw cap,labeling,printing,packing.It is an ideal no-gas liquid bottling line.Mainly suitable water bottling line for blowing/ washing/ filling/ capping/ labeling/ printing/ packing of round or square polyester bottles. According to the demands of different specifications of users, it is only changed a little in design to meet the user’s demands.

This line can be used as pure water filling, mineral water filling, and more.  For 3 gallon, 5 gallon and 6 gallon bottle water.All parts contacting water are made of 304L stainless steel, with ozone-resistance and in compliance with food-grade standards.Nozzles are inserted to rinse the bottles thoroughly.Fast cycle system is adopted for heated alkali rinsing, drastically decreasing electricity consumption.Controlled by PLC, it is fully automatic.
