The reverse osmosis system is mostly use in pure water treatment and mineral water purification.The water purification is the removal of contaminants from untreated water to produce drinking water that is pure enough for its intended use, most commonly human consumption.Substances that are removed during the process of drinking water treatment include suspended solids, bacteria, algae, viruses, fungi, minerals such as iron, manganese and sulphur, and man-made chemical pollutants including fertilisers. Introduction of reverse osmosis water purification
RO system for producing drinking. The water is first being removed the suspended matter, micelle and other impurity by the quartz sand filter. Then it is being got rid of the organic substance, chlorine, chromo, odor and etc by the active carbon filter and softener filter. The above device composes the consummate pretreatment system. The water which is being pretreated reaches the requirement of the RO system. So as to make the RO equipment run stably during a long period.
The abio-salt, organic substance, bacteria, heat source and other impurity in the water have been removed after the water was being treated through RO system. The ratio of salt-doffed is in the range of 97%-99%.
There are two modes of operation in the system: auto and manual. The system runs automatically by adopting Water Sensor, and Pressure Sensor. The system can produce water automatically in the mode of auto. It is friendly used and safe.
Raw water pumps (Nanfang pump)
To deliver the raw water to the pre-treatment system and the RO system, control system of the pressure pump will be synchronized by PLC system with the whole filtration system.

Quartz sand filter:
The quartz sand filter is widely used in drinking water treatment to remove different types of particles, such as suspended solids (turbidity), colloidal compounds and etc. This process will reduce the load on the back-end filters
Water production index: SDI<1-3.
The design of single pressure filter is adopted in this system. In order to protect the back-end filters, we adopt one pressure filter. After a period of time, the filter will be saturated. In order to restore its function, the filter needs backwashes. In order to achieve its best results, the efficient backwash needs taking 20-30min. This filter is fitted with two diffusers, a manhole for discharge media.
Activated carbon filter:
With a valve operating system, pipeline system, containing the manhole, hand hole, the upper and lower water distribution devices, media, pressure.
The active-carbon filter is the key device, commonly used for removal of organic substance and heavy metal element, suspended solids and etc. It can effectively reduce the level of COD and improve the taste of water. The designed flow the7m3/h. After a period of time, the media will be saturated and it needs backwashes. In order to achieve its best results, the efficient backwash needs taking 20-30min. The tow disffuers, are installed in the upper and lower part of the filter. Their main function is to make the compressed air and the water distribute evenly during backwash

Confirm the type of the scaling chemical, basically FeCl3 will be added and assistant scaling content like bone being injected in the pre-treatment part (in between the deposit tank and the deposit-filtering tank)
PH adjustment dosing
Softener adopts sodium ion exchange resin to change the hard water into softened water. The matter in the water is Ca2+ and Mg2+, according to the permutation reaction principle, using Na2 + to replace Ca2+ and Mg2+ , as a result, the concentration of Ca2+ and Mg2+ ions reduces, or even falls to zero, then the water is softened. As the RO water-inlet is softened water, it prevents the fouling phenomenon causes by the insoluble salts deposited on the surface of RO membrane surface because of the concentration dispersion causes during operation. Also, it ensures the membrane modules maintain good linking capacity after long-time operation, so that, the service time of RO membrane is effectively extended and the stability of water quality for RO system is improved.

The 5μm PP filter is most commonly used for dealing the pure water. It is generally believed that the harmful particles and bacteria are larger than 0.22μm. In order to prolong the life of RO system, the whole system adopts one set of stainless pp filter. The polypropylene microporous filter cartridges with the length of 40 inch in 5μm filters respectively. The 5μm filter acts as the protector of the RO system, filtering the vast majority of particles in the water, which eases the load of RO system and prolong its life. The filter cartridges are for one-time use, as the particles retained in the gap of microporous filtering film is hardly removed by rinsing with acid-base. After a period of time, the filter cartridge needs to be replaced. The structure of them makes replacement of cartridge convenient.
This apparatus contain filtration cartridges and stainless support layers. The support layer is made of stainless steel 304, with the advantages of compact structure, beautiful shape, high flux, good filtration accuracy and etc.

RO Water Purification Device.
The RO device removes the hydronium, organic substance, colloid, bacteria and other impurity by the method of membrane. And the water can be desalted and purified. The theory is as follows. The treated water and the untreated water are separated by the membrane; the treated water osmoses to the untreated water. There is osmotic pressure between the two. If the pressure is added to the untreated water and the pressure of the untreated water is bigger than the osmotic pressure, the water of the untreated water osmoses to the opposite position of the water. This applies the reverse osmosis to the desalted water. That is to say the untreated water is purified into the pure water through the RO membrane under adequate pressure. The left water which can not osmosis through the membrane contains a lot of solute and suspended substance, and it will be drained out as waste water.
The water must be pretreated before entering into the RO system, or it will bring damage to the RO membrane.
The RO system not only can be used for desalination, but also for filtering the organic substance and bacteria.
The production of water is monitored by the liquid crystal display conductivity meter.
The RO system needs be cleaned timely, including the stainless steel pump, filter, disinfectant tank, valve and other components.
Commonly, the RO system should work once every day. If it does not work in one week, it must be protected by some measures, or the service life of the membrane will be serious affected.
RO device employs low pressure large flux membrane made by American Dow Company. The type is American Dow Ro Memebrane, and it has nine of them. The membranes can serve for years in good maintenance. CIP Back Washing System
In RO operating process, as the in-water contains traces of suspended solids and colloidal, salt, metal oxides and impurities such as bacteria. After a period of time, membrane fouling and easily makes the membrane layer of sediment flux coverage to decline rapidly. So regular cleaning and disinfection is the necessary link to maintain the normal operation of the device.
Ozone generator and mixing system
Ozone is the world recognized broad-spectrum antiseptic disinfectant. Using air or oxygen as raw material. Through the high frequency and high voltage discharge to produce ozone. The ozone chemical nature is particularly lively, it is a strong oxidizing agent, in a certain concentration can rapidly kill the bacteria in the water. No toxic residues, can not form second pollution, known as” the cleanest oxidants and disinfectants”.
1.Ozonizer :When using air source, connect the air outlet and Oxygen inlet together at first.
When using generator, start the air pump switch, then start the ozone switch. If using
Oxygen source, connect the Oxygen to the Oxygen inlet directly. If using generator, the
air pump switch doesn’t need to be operated.
2. Silicon Rubber Tube：Leading from the ozone outlet of the generator, the silicon rubbe tube
must be higher than the water tank, and then gets down to access to the jet flow mixer.
3. Sampling Valve and Single-way Valve：The silicon rubber tube is firstly wrapped on the single-way valve, then the sampling valve is led from the single-way valve.Attention: The direction of the single-way valve must be distinguished clearly.
4. Jet Flow Device: Distinguish the direction of the jet flow device clearly. And the water inlet pore of the body for transparent jet flow device is thin while the water outlet pore is thick.
5. Adjustable Valve：The adjustable valve is at semi-open status, so the other part of the water forms into negative pressure when it passes through the jet flow device, also the ozone gas is taken into it. As a result of it, block the sampling valve mouth with fingers directly and loose them to see weather there is air to intake can test the size of negative pressure. The bigger closure of the adjustable valve, the much water passes through the jet flow device, so that the negative pressure and suction are bigger.
The ultraviolet sterilizer is for online ultraviolet sterilizers. Before the adoption of water, start up the power. Turn off the power when stop using water. NO need to shut off the power if stops using water for a short time. As the service life of UV lamp will be shorten when frequently on and off. Close and open the ultraviolet sterilizer once, the quartz tube’s service life will be shortened four hours. Ultraviolet ray sterilizer and pure water pump are working at the same time. After the pure water pump starts up and there is water passing thriugh, the ultraviolet ray sterilizer runs automatically.
When installation, the quartz casing head screw is rotated to the appropriate location, do not use heavy force, stubborn it until there is no water leakages to prevent the rupture of quartz casing.
The UV lights can not frequently open; otherwise, the servicing life of it is shortened.
The water can not input the Quartz casings.
The UV lights are not removed when doing pipeline Disinfection. Under special circumstances, if the UV lamps need to remove, it is necessary to have professional guidance.
